Ms. Sellers concentrates her practice on the representation of clients involved in defending complex, high value litigation including physicians, healthcare professionals, hospitals, construction companies and various business entities across the State of Ohio and nationally. She is an experienced litigator in the courtroom, both at the trial and appellate levels, having successfully argued and defended to verdict, numerous medical malpractice, wrongful death actions and other complex matters in multi-week jury trials across the State. Ms. Sellers also regularly represents a variety of specialists before the Ohio Medical and Pharmacy Boards in disciplinary actions and investigations.

Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctorate and joining the Poling team, Ms. Sellers graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Masters in Business and worked for almost a decade in a variety of capacities in both the pharmaceutical and financial sectors. Her business acumen and ability to learn and master intricate scientific, medical, and trade work nuances has allowed Ms. Sellers to excel working with a variety of professional clients across numerous industries.

Understanding the unique nature of each suit she defends, coupled with her attention to detail and tenacity, drives Ms. Sellers to produce and achieve results for each of her clients. She understands that the stakes are high for the clients she serves and treats each matter as if it were her own.
